Kids

The
kids program is for both boys and girls ages 6-12. Children are taught self-defense
in blocking, deflecting energy, striking, kicking and controlling opponent. There
is very light sparring but not full contact. Our students build confidence in
themselves and are taught respect, self-control and learn how to set and achieve
goals. Stretching and exercise are part of the curriculum as well as game day
on Fridays. Kids have fun while keeping physically fit and learning an invaluable
life skill. |
